The white grape varieties make up a third of the vineyard area: Chardonnay, recognised worldwide, and Tressallier, an indigenous variety producing very aromatic wines with a pear and floral nose.

For the red varieties, there is some Gamay, which produces amazing roses as well as some light and fruity reds, and the Pinot Noir, which gives wines of great elegance.
